Friends and Family Test

If you have visited the surgery recently, then please use our survey below to indicate if you would recommend our service to your friends and family, alternatively ask at reception for a paper survey.

These results will be collated and published from January 2015 on a monthly basis.

Thank you.

Patients over 75

You may be aware that from April all practices are required to provide all their patients aged 75 and over with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support provided by our surgery.  This does not prevent you from seeing any GP of your choice.

If you have any questions, or wish to know who your named GP is, please contact the surgery.

Facilities for the Disabled

There is good access into the surgery for wheelchairs and the team are ready to assist patients as required.
