TELEPHONE CALL RECORDING
From 3rd October 2017, all telephone calls made to or from the premises will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes in order to safeguard our patients and our team. If you have any questions about this please contact Emma, our Practice Manager.
GP Partner information
Dr Connor will be retiring on 30th April 2018. We shall miss him very much indeed at our Practice; so much positive change has occurred under his care and direction. We are delighted to announce that Dr Sam Tapsell, Ruth's husband, will join us as Ruth's new Partner from 30th April 2018 and we are all looking forward to working alongside them both.
Sharing Your Record With Other Health Care Providers
We are asking patients if they would like to consent to their GP records being accessible to other important health care providers e.g. A&E, Devon Doctors, the Ambulance Service and other GP surgeries who might be involved in their care.
If you would prefer NOT to share your record, please inform a member of staff. For further information please click on the link below:
Facilities for the Disabled
There is good access into the surgery for wheelchairs and the team are ready to assist patients as required.
Friends of Hartland Practice
We are very fortunate to have the above group of people chaired by Mr John Scott who arranges meetings and fund raising events for the Practice. If you would like to be put in touch with them, please speak to the Practice Manager who will pass on your details.
